Sierra and Stripe partnered to let customers pay inside an agent call. Cedar used it to let patients ask about bills and pay in one conversation. The agent switches to a secure payment mode for card entry. Stripe processes the payment and the agent confirms it. Cedar saw 71.3% of payment calls succeed. Sierra is now listed in the Stripe App Marketplace. Any business can connect Sierra to Stripe without custom work. The partnership also covers Personal Agent Protocol for agent-to-business interactions.
