Intel released version 1.1 of SuperClaw, a set of AI agents for Windows PCs that decides task by task whether to use a model running on the machine or one in the cloud. The new version runs as a single standalone app, where the previous release needed a separate edge server to host the models. It requires a recent Intel processor with 64GB of memory and a specific graphics driver, and the feature that masks sensitive data before anything is sent to the cloud is experimental and off by default.

Version 1.0 required a separate AI PC plus an edge server with four B70 cards to serve the models.

Running Intel's hybrid agent suite entirely on one Windows PC, with routine or sensitive tasks handled on the device and only harder work sent to a cloud model.
