La-Z-Boy Incorporated announced on July 15, 2026 that it has expanded its implementation of 3D Cloud technology to generate custom product visualizations from its inventory imagery, replacing a time-intensive manual rendering process. The system can produce images for any combination of product and style, supporting interior designers presenting concepts to clients and at-home shoppers visualizing furniture in their rooms; the company expects it to deliver 16 million on-demand photorealistic product images over the next few years. Gerardo Ornelas, vice president of enterprise digital transformation, said La-Z-Boy also plans to extend the technology into room scanning and AI. The move follows the June 1 sale of its American Drew and Kincaid wholesale casegoods businesses to Banner House and a distribution overhaul consolidating 15 regional centers into three hubs. Q4 sales were $570.3 million, flat year over year, with full-year sales up 1% to $2.1 billion.
