Uber expanded its ChatGPT Work rollout to all 30,000 employees. It had previously run a pilot with 1,000 workers. The pilot included staff from finance, operations and product. Eighty percent of early users were non-engineers. They used it for data analysis, training localization and dashboard building. Uber will track usage to guide future AI deployments. OpenAI worked closely with Uber on the integration. Uber has not disclosed the cost of the rollout.
