Release2026-09-17

Google expanded study notebooks in Gemini to Google Workspace accounts. Users can now create dedicated learning spaces from the left sidebar. Lessons adapt to uploaded class materials and personal goals. Quizzes assess knowledge gaps and tailor a learning baseline. Short custom lessons include built-in practice and in-line questions. A dashboard tracks mastery and categorizes topics into strengths and focus areas. Admins control access via group or organizational unit settings. The feature is rolling out gradually to Rapid Release domains. It is available outside the European Economic Area now. EEA users will receive it in the coming weeks.
