Release2026-10-01

DoorDash launched DashOS to unify customer data across ordering channels. It connects marketplace, direct ordering, reservations, loyalty and marketing. The system integrates with existing POS platforms like Clover and Qu. AI in DashOS can personalize recommendations for guests. DoorDash claims this can lift reservations by up to 15%. It also automates marketing, customer analysis, review responses and calls. Loyalty programs can now enroll and reward customers across all channels. DashOS uses data from SevenRooms, acquired by DoorDash last year. DoorDash says unified data improves AI recommendation relevance. The tool requires no new system adoption from restaurants.
