Tractor Supply opened its 11th distribution center in Nampa, Idaho. The 865,000-square-foot site will serve 123 stores in nine states this year. It can scale to over 200 stores at full capacity. The facility includes an automated storage and retrieval system from Knapp. It also has a dedicated AI team to apply AI to operational needs. The site features 80 truck docks and space for future expansion. It represents a $200 million investment. The center is expected to create 500 full-time jobs. It began receiving inventory in August and will start outbound shipping this month. The facility strengthens Tractor Supply’s presence in the Northwest U.S.
