Hilton named Jeff Moore as its EVP and CTO. He starts on 26 October 2026. Moore was VP of software engineering at Uber. He led 2,500 engineers globally there. He also led engineering for Amazon devices and held roles at Anheuser-Busch. Hilton seeks to advance its AI goals with this hire. Moore will report directly to CEO Chris Nassetta. Hilton began searching for a CTO in May 2026. The company has existing AI tools like Hilton AI Planner. It partners with Google, OpenAI and Anthropic for AI capabilities.
