OpenAI added locked chats to ChatGPT. Users can secure them with a four-digit PIN or biometrics. Locked chats move to a dedicated section. They stay separate from regular history and search. Memory in locked chats does not mix with regular memory. Resetting the PIN deletes all locked chats. The feature is rolling out to all paid and free plans. It is not available in ChatGPT for Healthcare.
