Survey2026-07-28

Deloitte Canada published survey results from 300 senior Canadian leaders, most at organizations with over $100 million in revenue. Nearly all report productivity gains from AI and confidence in measuring its return, but the measures used are mainly efficiency and cost savings rather than revenue growth or reduced risk. Most also admit that a meaningful share of AI use happens in tools their organization has not approved.
