Salesforce and Anthropic expanded their partnership under the name Claudeforce, adding a Salesforce plugin for Claude with 37 prebuilt sales tasks such as meeting prep and pipeline review. Claude also becomes the default model across Slack and remains available inside Agentforce. The plugin is limited to selected pilot customers, with an open beta planned for September 2026.

Claude could reach Salesforce data only through custom integrations, and Slack had no single default model.
