Anthropic has pushed back its stock market listing timetable, people familiar with the matter said. Marketing of the offering is now expected to begin in mid-October at the earliest. The listing would be completed days before the U.S. midterm elections in November. The public prospectus is now expected in late September rather than next week. The sources cautioned that the timing could still change. Anthropic is also working to finalise a $15 billion revolving credit facility. Bank analysts are expected to meet the company after that is settled. Some investors have said the listing could value Anthropic at $2 trillion. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi are among the banks involved. Anthropic and the banks declined to comment.
