Anthropic made three Claude Enterprise tracking tools generally available. Smart reports track task usage, costs, and friction points. They are off by default and not for individual performance reviews. Pooled budgets let admins set group and individual spend caps. Users can belong to multiple pooled budgets ordered by priority. In-app surveys let admins collect employee feedback on Claude usage. Aggregate responses appear in the Admin console. Claude Enterprise costs $20 per seat per month plus token rates. Claude Teams caps at 150 users and includes tokens. Anthropic filed its IPO on Monday.
