Microsoft added Word, Excel and PowerPoint to the Copilot app. Users can start a document in Copilot and keep editing in the same view. Conversation history stays attached to the file. Real-time coauthoring and comments work inside Copilot. Files open from a Library of recent work across Office and Copilot. Files keep formatting, comments and sharing permissions. Security labels and compliance controls carry over from OneDrive. The rollout began today for Frontier customers only.
