Release2026-10-20

x.ai introduced two Grok Bot teammates for incident handling. IncidentWatch monitors support queues for ticket spikes every five minutes. It alerts engineers with issue details and example tickets. IncidentSweep identifies and closes related tickets in approved batches. A support engineer must review and approve each batch before sending. IncidentSweep sends messages in small batches and records every action. It stops and reports failures if anything goes wrong. IncidentWatch holds matching tickets until an incident is confirmed. Support Bot then responds to customers with updates. The tools are used by SpaceXSI’s customer support team.
