Salesforce launched a set of pre-built agents for specific business jobs. Casey handles customer service across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat. Paige answers IT and HR requests, and Carter helps shoppers buy. Marshall runs back-office supply chain steps and logs every action. Piper qualifies inbound leads, and Fin resolves customer experience workflows. All of these are generally available now. Hunter, an outbound sales agent, is in pilot and reaches general availability in November 2026. A new long-horizon runtime lets Hunter pursue a goal over days and weeks. It keeps memory between sessions and asks for seller approval at set points. Multi-Agent Orchestration is available now, routing work between agents.
