Dark Matter Technologies named Chris Medvidofsky as its new CFO. It also promoted Don Oliver to CTO and Blaine Prober to general counsel. All three have worked at the company since its 2023 founding. The moves follow the April appointment of Vikas Rao as CEO. Rao has since increased the company’s AI focus across its mortgage software. Dark Matter also released an AI assistant called Ask Aiva in April. The company was formed from assets divested after ICE’s acquisition of Black Knight.
