Culture Amp surveyed 112,000 employees across 100 companies. 85% said they are encouraged to use AI at work. Only 58% were told why their company adopted AI. 60% received examples of how AI supports their work. 71% of all employees and 93% of heavy users feel more productive. Workloads remain similar for users and nonusers. 86% understand the risks of using AI. Career development satisfaction has stayed flat at 66% since 2021. Understanding of internal career opportunities dropped 10 points since July 2025. Culture Amp says companies should clarify AI’s purpose and ROI. Leaders are urged to admit uncertainty and keep communicating.
