Release2026-10-10

Ghost launched Core, a screenless AI computer. It runs models locally on an NVIDIA Blackwell GPU. The first batch sold out before the October 31 ship date. Ghost raised an $11M seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz. Core connects to apps and devices over Wi-Fi. It ships with Qwen 3.8-Next, Qwen 3.8-27B, Gemma 4-31B and Muse-Glimmer-30B preinstalled. Users can add other models from Hugging Face. The machine supports the OpenAI Responses API for local calls. Ghost claims 87 tokens per second on Qwen-3.8-27B. It uses an RTX PRO 4000 GPU with 24 GB GDDR7 memory. Privacy is a core selling point. No independent lab has verified the performance claims yet.
