Salesforce published a round-up of its quarter, covering several products now generally available and three acquisitions. New releases include a customer-service agent billed only when it resolves an issue on its own, commerce tools that place product catalogues into ChatGPT and Google's AI search, and connectors that let Slack's assistant act across Salesforce data. The purchases of Contentful and Fin are signed but not yet closed, pending regulatory approval, while m3ter has completed.
