Gallup's quarterly survey of U.S. workers found that 47% now say their employer has built AI tools into how work gets done, up six points from the previous quarter, while 52% of workers report using AI themselves. Writing, research and general problem-solving remain the most common uses, but the strongest reported productivity gains come from coding, automation, analytics and slide creation. One in five workers still do not know whether their organization has adopted AI at all.
What changed
Reported organizational AI integration stood at 41% in the previous quarter and had been growing more slowly than individual use.
